Visit:Summary: We are seeking aproactive, target-driven IT Sales & Marketing Executiveto promote and sell our AI-based products and solutions from theaaronic.aiportfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building client relationships, delivering product demos, and closing deals with educational institutions, academies, training centers, and other organizations looking to adopt AI in learning. You will act as the primary driver of revenue growth and market expansion for our AI solutions.Location : Hyderabad Exp - 0 to 3 Year Package: 2.16LPA - 2.64LPA + Incentive Applicable Incentive Structure Will be discussed in the interviewKey Responsibilities: Actively promote and sellAI-enabled learning productsand related solutions to educational organizations and enterprises. Identify and nurture new business opportunities throughcold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and networking . Understand customers’ operational and learning challenges position aaronic.ai solutions effectively. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, commercial terms, and contractual documents. Achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsand contribute to market growth objectives. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Maintain CRM records and track sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities meticulously. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging use cases of AI in education.Required Skills & Competencies: Excellentcommunication and negotiation skillswith confidence in client interactions. Basic understanding ofArtificial Intelligence, SaaS solutions, and technology products . Stronglead generation and follow-upcapability. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with targets, sales reporting, and performance metrics. Competent in using CRM, MS Office, and virtual demo platforms (Zoom/Teams).Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field . MBA (Marketing)or equivalent is an advantage. 0–3 years of experiencein IT/Software sales or technology product sales (preferred). Experience inB2B sales environments , preferably in EdTech or SaaS, will be considered a plus.Preferred Candidate Profile: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven professional.
