The responsibilities include preparing legal documents, supporting contract negotiation, providing legal assistance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The specialist will also conduct legal research, offer recommendations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legal frameworks to support clients effectively.Qualifications Strong understanding of Law and the ability to provide high-quality Legal Services Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Contract Negotiation Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret legal issues and assess compliance risks Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse client base Ability to work independently in a remote environment Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree; bar admission is a plus
