Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-orientedAccounts Managerwith over 15+years of corporate experienceto oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations for our organization (Hotels / Educational Institutions). The candidate should have strong financial management expertise and experience handling annual revenues between₹30 Cr to ₹50 Cr . The role requires strategic financial oversight, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and financial reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Payroll). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage revenue accounting for ₹30–50 Cr turnover. Ensure accurate MIS reporting to management. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.2. Compliance & Taxation Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Handle tax planning and ensure timely filing of returns. Maintain updated knowledge of financial regulations affecting hotels/schools.3. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop annual budgets and financial plans. Analyze variance and provide corrective action plans. Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability. Monitor departmental expenses and revenue leakage.4. Revenue & Receivables Management Oversee fee collection systems (for schools) / billing & occupancy revenue (for hotels). Monitor outstanding receivables and aging reports. Implement internal controls for revenue assurance.5. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the accounts team. Establish SOPs for financial processes. Coordinate with cross-functional departments.6. Strategic Financial Planning Support management in financial decision-making. Conduct financial analysis for expansion or new projects. Assist in vendor negotiations and contract evaluations.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree -CA Inter or CA Final Year Dropped Out 15+ years of corporate accounting experience. Experience handling ₹30–50 Cr annual revenue. Prior experience inHotel Industry / Educational Institutionspreferred. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel (Advanced).
