Educational Excellence : Provide strategic direction and instructional leadership to promote high academic standards and effective teaching practices across all grade levels. Analyze enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet school admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage the school's online presence. Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field 10+ years of leadership experience in reputed K–12 schools, with strong exposure to international curricula (IB, IGCSE, or equivalent). Global perspective and ability to lead multicultural teams. Deep understanding of curriculum design, educational best practices, and innovative teaching methodologies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse school community toward achieving shared goals.
