Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities Develop and implementHR strategiesand initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, issues and aspirations Manage the recruitment and selection process Ensure that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees Lead, manage and improve HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Manage multi-location work force in multiple state To work our annual manpower budget in terms of numbers and payroll cost To ensure cordial relation establishment with various stake holders Grievance management and conflict management Discipline managementDesired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role Good experience with latest HR laws & guidelines Hands on experience with payroll process Solid understanding on labour legislation Complete knowledge on compliance Should be good in employee relationship management Excellent communication abilities Leadership skills Ability to foster healthy employee relationsRequired Candidate profile Preferable Marathi should be able to deal with localities.
