Workday Projects & HubSpot Consultant Job Location-India Remote Required Experience-5-12 YearsJob Description Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Workday Projects (PSA) and HubSpot to support project operations, system configuration, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project tracking, resource management, and CRM workflows.Key Responsibilities: Configure, support, and optimize theWorkday Projects / PSA module , including project setup, billing, and financial tracking. Manage and enhanceHubSpot CRM , including workflows, reporting, pipeline management, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Supportintegrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems . Monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational insights through dashboards and reports. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience withWorkday Projects (functional or techno-functional) . Strong working knowledge ofHubSpot administration and configuration . Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools is preferred. Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise implementations or support environments. Exposure to reporting/analytics tools and process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills Workday, HubSpot CRM, Integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
