This enables the company to produce premium products for global markets with a commitment to quality and innovation.Role Description This is a full-time on-site Microbiologist role located in Palghar. The Microbiologist will conduct routine microbiological analysis and testing, ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance protocols, and operate specialized laboratory equipment. Responsibilities also include analyzing samples to monitor contamination, maintaining detailed records, and adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols within the laboratory setting.Qualifications To Conduct routine microbiologicaltesting of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products Perform environmental monitoring of laboratory and manufacturing areas Responsible for thepreparation of SOP, specifications, MOA and method validation Develop and validate new microbiological test methods. Evaluate and interpret microbiological test results and make recommendations for action Assist with the investigation of microbiological excursions and deviations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all microbiological testing and results Contribute to thedevelopment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality control documentation To haveknowledge ofregulatory requirementsin pharmaceutical microbiology area. Responsible forEquipment qualification, calibrationof laboratory instruments. Responsible fortesting of water system qualification. Responsible for Environmental monitoring of areas. Responsible for inventory Management.
