Hiring: QA & Test Engineer (Enterprise Analytics Platform)Experience:4–8 Years About the RoleCrimson Energy Experts Pvt Ltd is building amission-critical, data-driven enterprise analytics platformfor a government/strategic sector customer. We are looking for aQA & Test Engineerwho can ensure system quality, reliability, performance, and security across: High-volume data ingestion systems Backend analytics services Web-based user interfaces Complex business workflows and rule engines This role requires strong system-level thinking and experience working in structured, compliance-driven environments.Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Test Strategy & Documentation Study functional and technical specifications Prepare structuredtest plans, test cases, and scenarios Maintain requirement-to-test traceability Support audit and compliance documentation 2️⃣ Functional & Integration Testing Validate backend services and web applications Perform end-to-end workflow testing Test data ingestion, processing, and output validation Identify edge cases and failure scenarios 3️⃣ Data & Analytics Validation Verify correctness of processed data and analytics outputs Validate rule-based and algorithmic logic Perform transformation and aggregation sanity checks Support analytical accuracy verification 4️⃣ Performance & Reliability Testing Execute load, stress, and performance testing Validate behavior under concurrent user load Identify bottlenecks and system reliability issues Support optimization and tuning efforts 5️⃣ Security & Compliance Testing Verify authentication, authorization, and access control Validate audit logging and traceability Support security testing (VAPT coordination) Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines 6️⃣ Automation & Regression Develop and maintain automated test cases Perform regression testing across releases Use structured defect tracking workflows 7️⃣ Defect Management & Reporting Log and prioritize defects Collaborate with developers for root-cause analysis Prepare test execution and release readiness reports 8️⃣ Release & Acceptance Support Support build validation and acceptance testing Participate in demos and internal/customer validation Assist with acceptance documentation and handover✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Essential Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT 4–8 years of software testing & QA experience Strong understanding of: Web applications & backend services REST APIs & JSON interfaces SQL-based databases Experience in: Functional, integration & system testing Writing structured test cases Defect tracking & reporting Desirable Experience with data-intensive or analytics platforms Exposure to performance & load testing Automation experience (Selenium, Playwright,Pytest etc.) Understanding of security testing concepts Experience in government/regulated environments Basic scripting knowledge (Python & JavaScript preferred)Tools & Technologies JIRA / OpenProject / Redmine (or equivalent) Postman (API Testing) Selenium / Playwright/Pytest (Automation) PostgreSQL or similar databases MS Word / ExcelSoft Skills High attention to detail Analytical & structured approach Strong communication skills Collaborative team mindset Comfortable in process-driven environmentsWhy Join Us?
