Experience: - 0-2 years of hands-on visual design / brand design / digital design experience. - Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred - Strong portfolio showing work but not limited to websites, brand identity systems & brand refresh, integrated social campaigns, reports & decks - Experience developing and maintaining a cohesive brand system. - Experience working across teams and directing and mentoring junior designers. Skills: - Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and grid systems. - Ability to convert B2B concepts into sharp, memorable visual stories. - Familiarity with visualizing topics like data, workflows, AI, enterprise tech to design clean, modern B2B interfaces. - Strong, intuitive understanding of platforms, formats, and tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to brainstorming, framing ideas, executing concepts through delegation and presenting to stakeholders. - A curious, problem-solving mindset with an organised, collaborative and empathetic way of working. Role: - Translate complex B2B offerings into clear, compelling visual narratives. - Elevate design quality and maintain brand consistency across global markets, platforms and formats. - Manage creative task allocations, creative reviews and ensure on-brand delivery for all design assets. - Maintain high quality standards under quick timelines. - Have constructive, taste-driven feedback that elevates output. - Collaborate closely with the CD, SCD and leadership stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to ensure elevated creative quality through the team.
