Role:Nexthink Engineer Experience :6-8 years only Locations:Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida Must have & good to have: Mode of Interview : Virtual drive Must-Have Nexthink Platform Management Experience inimplementation, configuration, and administrationof the Nexthink platform, ensuring optimal performance and integration with enterprise systems. Manage platform upgrades, patches, and version enhancements in coordination with vendor support. 2. Dashboard and Visualization Design and developcustom Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, and score definitionstailored to operational KPIs and user experience goals. LeverageNexthinkto build executive-level and operational dashboards for IT, HR, and business stakeholders 3. Use Case Development ImplementOut-of-the-Box (OOTB)andcustom use casesto monitor critical metrics such as login time, application crashes, network latency, patch compliance, and system responsiveness. Developcustom scripts and remote actionsto automate issue detection and remediation workflows 4. Experience Monitoring & Incident Prevention Continuously monitor user experience scores, device health, and incident trends across endpoints. Detect and analyzecrashes, slowdowns, and anomaliesaffecting end-user experience, and work with technical teams to drive permanent fixes.Good to have Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
