Lead workshops and sessions with confidence to upskill teams. Develop training content/decks using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and CMS tools. Manage sales funnels via CRM; leverage VMS/ATS (esp.JobDiva ) for process excellence. Ensure alignment with US Staffing market dynamics.Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 3+ years hands-on recruitment (IT/Engineering/Non-IT; no healthcare). US Staffing market knowledge (inside sales, BDM, recruitment). Process design/training delivery in sales/BDM.Skills/Tools: VMS, ATS (JobDiva) & CRM for sales funneling. Content development; workshop facilitation. CMS including SharePointOther: Excellent communication; local to Noida, self-commute preferred and comfortable for night shifts.
