SEO & AEO ManagerType:Full-time Experience:6-9 years (B2B SaaS preferred) Reporting to:Marketing / Growth LeadRole overview Own organic growth for a product-led SaaS (PLG) motion-driving users from Search + AI answers to self-serve signup/trial, improving activation, and increasing conversion to paid. You’ll lead SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across technical SEO, content discoverability, and AI search visibility.Key responsibilities Build and execute the SEO + AEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, content SEO, authority). Drive PLG outcomes: improve organic → signup/trial conversion, and partner with Product to strengthen activation journeys from landing pages into product. Conduct keyword + question research; build topic clusters aligned to ICP, jobs-to-be-done, and product use cases. Own technical SEO: crawl/indexation, site architecture, CWV, redirects, canonicals, schema, sitemaps/robots, duplication. Improve AEO “answerability”: clear definitions, concise answers, FAQs, step-by-step sections, entity coverage, internal linking. Implement/QA structured data to improve machine readability and SERP/AI surfaces. Track performance in GA4/GSC; run experiments to lift CTR/CVR and report on signups, activation influence, and revenue impact.Success measures Growth in non-brand organic traffic to priority pages Higher signup/trial conversion rate from organic Improved activation signals tied to organic journeys Better technical health (index coverage, CWV, crawl efficiency) Increased visibility in AI-generated answers/SERP featuresRequirements Strong technical SEO; comfortable partnering with dev/web teams.
