As a startup operating with an enterprise mindset, we combine agility with structured execution, strong unit economics, and data-led decision-making.We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager who will own marketplace growth end-to-end — from strategy and P&L to execution and optimization.Role OverviewThis is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, improving profitability, and building a strong digital shelf presence across marketplaces.You will work cross-functionally with performance marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to drive profitable and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Strategy & P&L OwnershipOwn end-to-end P&L for marketplace channels. Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps aligned with revenue and margin targets. Identify category expansion, assortment optimization, and new channel opportunities. Drive structured growth with a startup hustle and enterprise rigor.2. Performance Marketing & Revenue OptimizationPlan, execute, and scale advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brand Ads, Display). Optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and contribution margins. Manage budgets efficiently while balancing scale and profitability. Run A/B tests on creatives, pricing, and keyword strategies.3. Listing Excellence & Digital Shelf LeadershipLead keyword research and SEO optimization for improved discoverability. Enhance A+ content, brand stores, creatives, and product storytelling. Maintain strong listing hygiene, ratings, and reviews management. Benchmark against top competitors and implement best practices.4. Inventory, Pricing & Demand PlanningCollaborate with supply chain and finance to ensure optimal stock coverage. Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional planning (festive sales, deal days). Minimize stock-outs and overstock while protecting margins.5. Data, Reporting & Decision-MakingBuild dashboards and weekly performance reports. Analyze data to uncover growth levers and efficiency improvements. Drive structured forecasting and scenario planning.What We’re Looking ForExperience2–6 years in e-commerce, D2C, or marketplace growth roles Proven track record of scaling revenue on at least one major marketplace Experience in a startup or high-growth brand is preferred.SkillsStrong analytical proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools a plus). Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and advertising models. Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of unit economics Ability to operate independently with high ownership.MindsetEntrepreneurial and execution-focused. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation. Detail-oriented yet strategic in thinking. Bias for action and results.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
