Purpose of the role: Responsible for infra and projects at HO/chairman's/ Promoter's office, Promoters Residence, Company Owned properties Job Description: Inspections & Planning: Carry out regular inspections of facilities and premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues and ensure functionality of systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural & civil). Work Execution: Plan, organize, and oversee all repair, installation, and upkeep facilities, including those related to civil work. Supervising & handling office modifications/ interiors (Knowledge of office design to build is required). Quality Control: Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work, whether in-house or contracted, is completed to a high standard, complies with current codes, standards, and regulations, and meets required specifications. Emergency Response: Deal with and manage emergency maintenance situations, ensuring quick and effective corrective action is taken. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities comply with statutory requirements, local safety, and health regulations. Key Skills and QualificationsTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering, building repairs, facilities maintenance, Office remodification. Civil Engineering graduates Knowledge of latest methods to restore structures will be added advantage. Knowledge of maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems. Candidate should have good experience working on projects, infra, layouts of Civil Good expertise in handling/liaising government officials (local government bodies, Police, Political leaders and BMC is essential) Candidate should have handled bigger office space and should have worked on multiple projects Candidate should have experience of working on environment sustainability, property permissions Candidate who has done airline negotiations will be preferred Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multi-task, manage high workloads, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records. Communication: Skills to interact with all levels from support staff to senior management and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for thinking quickly, identifying issues, and developing effective and timely solutions for maintenance challenges.
