This role is designed for a high-impact consultant who can architect and implement a predictable, scalable pipeline generation engine. This is not a coordination or execution-only role. We are looking for a strategic operator who has successfully built and scaled marketing channels that generate qualified enterprise pipeline within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to transform marketing into a measurable, ROI-driven growth function.Strategic Mandate Your core objective will be to design and implement a scalable marketing engine that drives qualified opportunities from the US and global markets. This includes: Assessing current positioning, assets, and pipeline sources Designing a focused, high-ROI marketing strategy aligned with business goals Implementing proven marketing channels used by successful Salesforce partners Establishing repeatable, scalable lead generation systems Creating measurable pipeline contribution from marketingKey Areas of Ownership Marketing Architecture & Growth Strategy Perform a comprehensive marketing audit and growth assessment Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), vertical focus, and positioning strategy Identify highest ROI channels based on Applikon’s strengths and market positioning Build a 6–12 month scalable marketing roadmap Pipeline Generation & Channel Implementation Design and implement scalable acquisition channels such as: LinkedIn authority building and outbound pipeline generation Founder-led and brand-led LinkedIn growth strategy Email outbound and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) Salesforce ecosystem marketing (AppExchange, partnerships, community presence) Content-led inbound marketing (case studies, authority content, technical positioning) Partner-driven pipeline strategies Paid acquisition where strategically relevant Primary focus: predictable pipeline generation, not vanity metrics.
