ARCH from a recognized institute, with 10 years of working experience as an Architect. Proven experience working on large-scale luxury projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Required only candidates from Architecture studio background. Utilize your excellent sketching skills to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively, both internally and with clients. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Be proficient in using software such as AutoCAD (ACAD), Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and MS Office for design development, presentations, and project management. Proficiency in Revit and 3DS Max is optional but a plus. Create precise detail drawings and specifications that guide the construction and execution of architectural designs.
