Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations. Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall technical and commercial outcomes. Ensure timely project delivery, effective cost control, and proactive risk identification and mitigation. Promote continuous improvement in engineering systems, processes, and quality standards. Manage team performance, including talent development, training, mentoring, and succession planning. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory requirements. Engage and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: Proven leadership in managing large engineering team’s min 25 -50 members handling large scale projects Expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies, plant design, and regulatory compliance. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for projects. Proficiency in engineering design software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
