JD – Vehicle Integration (MECH) Job Description: Vehicle Integration Engineer – Electromechanical Location:Maharashtra (Mumbai and Pune) Experience: 4–10 Years Qualification:B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Industry Preference:EV / Automotive OEM (2W / 3W)Role Overview We are looking for aVehicle Integration Engineer – Electromechanicalto supportvehicle-level integration of mechanical and electrical systemsin electric vehicles. The role involves close coordination withR&D, electronics, battery, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customersto ensure robust performance, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities Supportvehicle integration activitiescovering electrical, mechanical structures, battery systems, wiring harness, and powertrain. Coordinate integration ofbattery and electrical systems with mechanical assemblies . Supporttesting, validation, calibration, and software flashingat vehicle and system level. Work with cross-functional teams toidentify and resolve integration and field issues . Assist invehicle testing, PDI, range testing, and validation trials . Handlecustomer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions . Support supplier coordination, quality checks, and field validation activities. Providetechnical support and trainingto service teams and customers.Required Skills Strong exposure toelectromechanical systems in EVs . Experience inbattery integration, powertrain interfacing, and CAN-based diagnostics . Understanding ofvehicle testing and validation processes . Working knowledge ofmechanical systems and manufacturing processes . Familiarity withAPQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and DVP&Ris an advantage. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Preferred Candidate Profile Electrical/Mechanical engineer withhands-on EV or automotive experience . Experience working withbattery systems, electronics, and vehicle integration teams . Comfortable infield, customer-facing, and cross-functional roles .
