The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and auditing background verification reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The role plays a critical part in maintaining service quality and minimizing operational risks. Collaborating with teams to maintain high-quality standards and suggesting improvements will also be key responsibilities.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify discrepancies with accuracy Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain high organizational standards Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in compliance with industry regulations Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in BGV, KYC, compliance, or quality auditing preferred Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with quality assurance tools or platforms Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
