Position : CFO / Head – FinanceLocation: AhmedabadWe are a fast-growing industrial manufacturing and EPC company looking for a CFO / Head – Finance to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth.Key Responsibilities  Lead finance strategy, controls, and governance  Manage banking relationships, limits, LC & BG  Oversee cash flow, working capital, and funding  Approve pricing, margins, and capex proposals  Present MIS and financials to MD / senior leadership  Ensure strong financial risk management and complianceWho Should Apply CA with approx. 15 years experience  Background in manufacturing / EPC / project businesses  Experience handling banking, working capital, MIS, and audits  Currently Finance Controller / AGM / DGM Finance / CFO (mid-size firm)  Based in or willing to relocate to AhmedabadWhat We Offer  High-visibility role working directly with MD  Clear growth path to full CFO role as the company scales  Opportunity to be part of a ₹100 Cr → ₹500 Cr growth journey
