Honored as a Top Workplaces USA winner five years in a row, we’re known for delivering scalable, agent-driven solutions that empower humans, agents, and robots to work smarter together.Overall Responsibilities• Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath automation processes in production environments • Perform hands-on UiPath development including bug fixes, minor enhancements, and change requests • Monitor bots and automation queues to ensure smooth execution and SLA adherence • Work with UiPath Document Understanding for document-based automation use cases • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes as per ITIL processes • Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions • Prepare and update technical documentation including PDD and SDD • Coordinate with senior engineers and leads for complex issues and escalations • Generate operational reports and support weekly/monthly status reporting • Support operations during night shifts and rotational shiftsSkills & Tools• Hands-on experience with UiPath development and production support • Good understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management • Experience working with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zoho • Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 support for automations • Ability to create and maintain PDD and SDD documentation • Basic experience with reporting and operational dashboards • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Good communication and coordination skills • Experience supporting attended and unattended bots • Basic knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools • Exposure to Agile delivery environments • Interest in mentoring junior engineers and learning leadership skillsDay-to-Day Activities• Monitor production bots and queues to ensure SLA adherence • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis • Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements • Update PDD/SDD documentation as required • Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports • Support release activities and change deployments • Participate in shift-based support operationsExperience2–4 Years in RPA supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field UiPath Associate Certification.Why Join Us at Accelirate?At Accelirate, we’re committed to your professional growth from day one.
