Location: On Site Indore, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in Tally accounting software and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, GST filings, audits, and preparing monthly MIS and financial reports. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP - Manage accounting for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) including reconciliations - Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) - Assist in audit preparation and coordination with external auditors - Generate and analyse monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and other financial summaries - Ensure timely recording of expenses, revenue, and adjustments - Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, payments, and vendor reconciliations Requirements: - Proven experience in Tally ERP and handling e-commerce accounting - Good understanding of GST compliance and audit documentation - Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and financial statements - Strong Excel skills and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
