Understand customers' financial situations using FFQs & probing. Provide repayment solutions & negotiate payment plans. Manage delinquency buckets and ensure compliance. Offer accurate information on services, complaints, and cancellation queries. Resolve concerns and escalate special cases when needed. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in internal systems.Bankruptcy Specialist Additional Responsibilities (If Applicable)Manage cases underChapters 7, 11, 13of U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Conduct research and maintain precise documentation forGreenSky . Ensure strict compliance with federal/state bankruptcy laws. Exercise independent judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
