Role Purpose: Own the end-to-end product management ofPV Inverters (PVI)andPower Conversion Systems (PCS)or similar products for utility-scale solar and energy storage applications. The role translates market and customer needs into compliant, competitive, and reliable products. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for PVI and PCS portfolios. Align product strategy with market trends (utility solar, BESS, hybrid plants, grid-forming PCS). Benchmark competitors on topology, efficiency, cost, compliance, and features. Drive decisions on platform standardization vs customization. Requirements & Customer Interface Convert customer, tender, and regulatory requirements into clear Product Specifications Support technical discussions with customers, EPCs, and utilities Engineering & Development Interface Act as the single interface between business and R&D Define system architecture, ratings, control philosophy, and grid compliance features Review design milestones, testing, FAT/SAT, and field performance Compliance & Certification: Ensure compliance with IEC / IS standards and applicable grid codes Coordinate BIS / CE / UL certifications as applicable Commercial & Lifecycle Management Manage product lifecycle from launch to upgrades and end-of-life Support bids with technical input and value engineering Drive improvements based on field feedback and reliability data Key Interfaces R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Sales, Service, Customers, Certification Agencies Qualifications & Experience BE/ME in Electrical, Power Electronics, or Energy Systems or equivalent 8–15 years experience in PV inverters and/or BESS PCS Strong exposure to grid codes, power quality, and utility-scale systems and Market trendsDisclaimer: As part of your application, your personal data will be processed exclusively for recruitment-related purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
