This role blends counseling + sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decision. Salary- 7-11 LPAKey Responsibilities Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos. Understand student requirements, career goals, and recommend the right program. Explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly. Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process. Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain lead information in the CRM. Follow up consistently to maximize conversions. Track metrics: call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.Preferred Candidate: 1+ year experience in EdTech sales / academic counseling / inside sales. Strong communication & relationship-building skills. Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways. Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic CRM & computer skills.
