Job Description

Looking for a proactive HR professional with 2-6 years of experience, having caliber of taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee records, and overall HR operations for our growing organization. If you are a one who holds the ability to “get the things done”, and are ready to drive HR excellence while working closely with leadership, we’d love to consider you!Key Responsibilities: Work closely under the guidance of the HR Head, following instructions and assisting with various tasks as required. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop effective strategies accordingly. Calculate and process employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality. Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off. Ensure that company policies are being followed without any lag. Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance. Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history. Maintain and manage information in databases in a structured form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of HR.Qualifications Required: 2-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (minimum 1 year in team lead or managerial role). Must have handled all the administrative tasks of companies having 50-100 employees. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach. A basic understanding of accounting principles.
