We're a fast-growing startup running high-stakes live webinars that sell millions in digital products for top influencers. We're expanding aggressively in the US market, and our systems need to handle thousands of concurrent users without breaking. When the live event starts, your systems need to be rock-solid. The Role You own the entire technical infrastructure: Traffic Opt-in Nurturing Live Sale Data Reporting. What that means: - Build funnels and automations that don't break under pressure - Connect tools via Make, Zapier, APIs (whatever it takes) - Monitor live systems when thousands are watching - Have backup plans for your backup plans This is NOT: - Basic funnel setup work - Reactive tech support - A role without ownership or autonomy What You'll Actually Do Setup & Testing (80% of your time): - Build opt-in funnels, live pages, replay sequences, waitlists - Set up email/SMS/WhatsApp automations - Test everything end-to-end (then test it again) - Monitor software limits (quotas, credits, subscriptions) During Live Events (20% but critical): - Monitor systems in real-time - Make adjustments on the fly - Switch to backup if needed (but your primary systems hold) - Stay calm when everyone else is stressed After: - Document what worked - Fix what didn't - Build templates for the next challenge You're a Good Fit If: - You've built marketing funnels and automations that handled real traffic - You know your way around Make/Zapier or can learn fast - You've dealt with live streaming tools (WebinarJam, Vimeo, YouTube) - You're paranoid about things breaking (in a good way) - You can debug quickly when issues arise - You work well async and don't need constant direction What We Offer 100% Remote - work from anywhere Real growth - we're scaling fast, you scale with us High-impact work - your systems process millions in sales Autonomy - we trust you to own the tech stack Modern tools - we invest in the right software Apply Show us: - A system you built that handled serious traffic/pressure - How you debug when things go wrong - Why building bulletproof systems excites you Let's build systems that scale.
