Job Title:Senior Motion Graphics Designer Experience:3–5 Years Location:Mumbai (On-site)About the Role We’re looking for aSenior Motion Graphics Designerwho lives and breathes motion, storytelling, and digital-first creativity. You’ll play a key role in crafting high-impact visuals for brands across platforms, while guiding execution quality and mentoring junior designers.Key Responsibilities Conceptualise and executehigh-quality motion graphicsfor digital campaigns, social media, brand films, ads, and presentations Translate creative briefs intoengaging motion narrativesaligned with brand tonality Lead execution for complex motion projects includingexplainer videos, product films, reels, and ads Collaborate closely withcopy, video, design, and strategy teams Ensure consistency invisual language, animation style, and output quality Mentor junior motion designers and help elevate overall creative standards Stay updated withmotion trends, tools, and platform-specific formats Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of experience inMotion Graphics / Animation(agency experience preferred) Strong command overAdobe After Effects(Cinema 4D / Blender is a plus) Good understanding ofanimation principles, typography, timing, and transitions Experience working onsocial-first, performance-led, and brand-driven content Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines Strong eye for detail and storytelling through motion Good to Have Experience in3D motion, character animation, or AI-assisted motion tools Working knowledge ofPremiere Proand basic sound design Exposure toluxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Experience mentoring or leading a small team
