Designation - Manager - University Partnerships Work Location - Kharagpur Work Mode - On Campus - IIT Kharagpur Expectations from the role - We are looking for a highly driven on-ground coordinator to manage university partnership for a legacy institute. This role will act as the primary point of contact between faculty, institute management, and upGrad's internal teams, while also supporting outreach and growth initiatives for existing and new programs. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary on-ground point of contact for program delivery at IIT Kharagpur - Coordinate live session delivery, including scheduling, logistics, and on-ground support - Handle day-to-day operational concerns related to learners, faculty, and delivery - Work closely with central teams (program management, marketing, sales & outreach) - Support and execute outreach and sales & marketing initiatives for program growth - Coordinate with faculty members for sessions, workshops, and program requirements - Proactively identify opportunities to initiate and support new program launches - Represent the organization on campus with a high degree of ownership and professionalism Candidate Requirements - Willingness to relocate to Kharagpur - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with maturity and clarity - High ownership mindset with comfort in on-ground execution - Prior experience in program delivery, academic coordination, or partnerships is a plus Why Join Us?
