The company has received prestigious recognitions including the Trishul Award and Gold Award from the Government of India.The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the Flavours business across Punjab. The role involves business development, key account management, distributor support, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities • Full ownership of sales growth in Punjab for the Flavours division. • Generate new business from food, dairy, beverage, bakery, and confectionery industries. • Daily reporting of customer visits to RSM/ZSM. • Travel 5–6 days per week within Punjab. • Lead generation through online research, exhibitions, industry contacts, and references. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts. • Support distributors and ensure effective channel sales. • Coordinate with plant for sampling, production planning, and dispatch. • Maintain updated customer database and visit reports. • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.Desired Skills & Experience • 2–4 years of experience in food ingredients / flavours / B2B sales. • Graduate (Science preferred) / MBA (Marketing preferred). • Strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. • Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes. • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab. • Preference for local candidates from Punjab.
