Designation Project Manager Project Domains Voice/Unified Communications, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure & Migrations Experience Required Minimum 5 years in project management Employment Type Full-Time, Hybrid Location Noida, India Certifications PMP (mandatory) | ITIL v4 | CCNA/CCNP (Voice preferred) | Azure/AWS certs (preferred but not mandatory)Core Project Management Responsibilities •Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure: scope definition, WBS creation, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, execution, monitoring, and formal project closure with lessons learned. •Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation: Project Charter, Detailed Project Plan (MS Project), RACI Matrix, Risk Register, Issue Log, Change Request Log, Status Reports (weekly/fortnightly), and Project Closure Report. •Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, invoice milestone mapping, and P&L reporting. Flag budget variances exceeding 5% with root cause and corrective action plans. •Conduct formal risk management: identify risks using structured techniques (SWOT, Pre-mortem, Risk Breakdown Structure), quantify impact and probability, define mitigation/contingency strategies, and maintain a live risk register reviewed weekly. •Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate: Scrum for iterative development work, Waterfall/Prince2 for infrastructure rollouts, and hybrid approaches for complex multi-phase government engagements. •Liase with cross-functional teams of 15-40 members, including engineers, architects, security analysts, and support staff. •Conduct weekly project steering committee meetings with enterprise client stakeholders. Prepare executive dashboards, earned value analysis (EVM: CPI, SPI, EAC), and exception reports. •Manage scope through formal change control processes. Every scope change must have documented impact analysis (timeline, cost, risk, quality) and stakeholder sign-off before execution. •Ensure quality management through defined QA checkpoints, UAT coordination, defect triaging, and compliance with organizational CMMI Level 5 processes. •Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, updating organizational process assets (OPA), and contributing to the PMO knowledge base.Voice / Unified Communications Projects Manage the delivery of enterprise voice, contact center, and unified communications solutions for our clients. These projects typically involve complex multi-vendor integrations, legacy PBX migrations, and SIP/VoIP deployments across geographically distributed sites. •Plan and execute enterprise Voice/UC deployments including IP-PBX (Cisco CUCM, Avaya Aura, Microsoft Teams Voice), SIP trunking, contact center (UCCX/UCCE, Genesys, Avaya AACC), and IVR implementations. •Manage end-to-end delivery of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and on-premise contact center projects, including ACD, IVR design, skill-based routing, CRM integration (Salesforce, Zoho, custom), and workforce management (WFM) integration. •Manage legacy PBX to VoIP migration projects: discovery and audit of existing analog/digital infrastructure, cutover planning with zero-downtime strategies, parallel run management, and user adoption. •Coordinate UC platform rollouts: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing / Operator Connect, Cisco Webex Calling, video conferencing infrastructure (Cisco TMS, Poly, Microsoft CVI), and digital signage integration. •Manage vendor coordination across OEMs (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft, Genesys), telecom service providers, cabling contractors, and facility management teams for multi-site deployments.Stakeholder Management & Communication •Serve as the primary point of contact for CXO-level stakeholders and clients. •Present project progress, risks, and decisions to steering committees and inter-departmental coordination meetings. Prepare formal MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and action item trackers. •Manage expectations across multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Negotiate timelines, scope trade-offs, and resource allocation with transparency and data-backed recommendations. •Coordinate with procurement and legal teams for government RFP responses, technical bid preparation, BoQ (Bill of Quantities) estimation, and contract negotiations.
