We're Hiring | Management Trainee Buddhi Clinic | Chennai | ₹20,000/month Stipend | 12-Month Program ───────────────────────── WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS Buddhi Clinic is a neuropsychiatry practice with 15+ years of clinical work, 3 centres, and a 100-person multidisciplinary team. This is a 12-month rotational program across Clinical Operations, Business Development, Finance & Admin, and Marketing. You will work across all four functions. You will not sit in one department and wait for tasks. This is not a certificate program. There are no guarantees at the end. If you perform, there may be a full-time role. If you don't, there won't be. ───────────────────────── WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO → Rotate across departments every quarter → Work on live problems — not simulations or case studies → Support senior team members on operations, outreach, reporting, and coordination → Take ownership of tasks end to end → Show up, follow through, and figure things out when the path isn't clear ───────────────────────── WHO THIS IS FOR → Fresh MBA graduate → You are willing to do work that is unglamorous if it needs to get done → You are comfortable not having a defined playbook → You finish what you start → You do not need constant hand-holding to move forward → Healthcare interest is useful.
