Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm,We are seeking a Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) Specialist in Pune, India, to support our expanding oil and gas project workload. This role is intended for a well‑organized, highly motivated professional with an oil & gas or piping background who can deliver high‑quality P&ID support while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.Responsibilities:Delivering high‑quality process drawing deliverables including P&IDs, PFDs, Block Flow Diagrams, Valve Lists, and Piping Line Lists. Applying ISA P&ID standards and symbol libraries to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all project documentation. Developing, updating, and maintaining accurate facility P&IDs spanning process, mechanical, and instrumentation scopes to reflect current and future operating conditions. Contributing to project accuracy by conducting virtual facility walkdowns using laser scan data, 3D models, and photographs to capture as‑built conditions and translate them into reliable AutoCAD P&ID drawings. Enhancing drawing quality by reviewing, redlining, and updating existing P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) in alignment with evolving project requirements. Strengthening multidisciplinary coordination through close collaboration with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams, ensuring technically complete and well‑integrated P&ID deliverables. Upholding client‑specific drafting standards and P&ID guidelines, reinforcing consistency and quality across all submissions. Actively participating in Microsoft Teams meetings, providing clear progress updates, identifying required inputs, and offering realistic timelines to support project planning. Managing assigned tasks and deliverables independently, maintaining accountability for quality and timelines. Flexible to collaborate with the US teams, during Eastern Standard Time (EST)Skills : P&ID, PFD, and Block Flow Diagram development ISA P&ID symbols and standards application AutoCAD drafting for process and instrumentation drawings Facility P&ID development and as‑built documentation Virtual walkdowns using laser scans, 3D models, and photos Multidisciplinary coordination (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) Client‑specific drafting standards compliance Redlining and revision control of engineering drawings Strong written and verbal English communication independent task ownership and deliveryQualification:Bachelor’s in mechanical or chemical engineering 5 years of experience in all aspects of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram Development Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Chemical Industries is preferred.Location : Pune
