Role:Talent Growth Lead will be responsible for creatively spearheading our talent acquisition strategies and leading a dynamic team to attract and nurture the best solvers in the world, enabling Searce to deliver faster, smarter, better business outcomes for our clients & partners.Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesFuturistic approach in updating current and designing new recruiting procedures Lead and supervise the Talent Growth team, effectively reporting on performance Efficiently track and maintain recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire Creatively strategize sourcing to significantly improve hiring rates Stay up-to-date with sourcing trends and apply them effectively Train and coach recruiters and hiring managers on efficient interview techniques Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations Participate in job fairs and career events Build Searce’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partnersEducation & ExperienceIs Education overrated? Proven work experience of 4-7 years as a Recruiter and Sourcer Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation Familiarity with social media and other professional networks Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills Effective interpersonal skills Research into client companies, competitors, and the marketplace Timely communication with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals Create a candidate persona for each open position Strong decision-making skills Knowledge of labor legislationAre you the one?
