Headquartered inMadurai , the company operates 65+ showrooms across Tamil Nadu, offering a wide range of gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery.Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Officer & Assistant Manager – Commercial Financeto join ourSales Operations Departmentat Thangamayil Jewellery Limited’s Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial monitoring, statutory compliance, vendor management, and reconciliation processes to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory adherence. The role also involves analyzing financial performance, recommending cost optimization measures, and providing strategic financial advice to support organizational growth.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor departmental and project budgets. Track budget vs actual performance and report variances with analysis. Handle bank reconciliations and payment gateway reconciliations on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory provisions. Manage expense booking and ensure accurate accounting entries. Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare vendor expense statements and perform vendor reconciliations. Monitor and manage advance payments made to suppliers. Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for management review. Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for financial documentation and compliance. Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Experience in Audit Processes, Financial Analysis, and Cost ManagementRequirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in GST & TDS compliance and return filing support. Experience in bank reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Qualifications: CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or MBA (Finance) / / . Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
