Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready pages. Improve performance, SEO fundamentals, and page speed. Implement animations and interactions without slowing the site. Collaborate closely with founders and marketing to ship and iterate fast. Continuously improve the website based on data and feedback.Requirements1–3 years of website/frontend development experience. Strong Webflow CMS OR React/Next.js skills. Experience taking Figma to live production. Solid HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge. Understanding of responsive design and conversion-focused layouts.Good to HaveSEO fundamentals Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools Performance optimization knowledge Startup experience
