With global call center delivery capabilities, our multi-shore, multi-language programs offer safe, secure infrastructure, value-based pricing, skills-based resources and exceptional customer service - all backed by TELUS, our multi-billion dollar telecommunications parent.Description and Requirements: Required Experience: 6+ YrsKey Responsibilities: Engineering Ownership & Maintenance: Have full ownership of the Sales Copilot from an engineering perspective Understand and maintain the prompt architecture for the copilot Maintain the product backlog, including demands received from Operations and Mini Hogwarts engineering teams Provide weekly release notes explaining in detail all changes and features implemented Provide support to any adhoc analysis that goes with the objectives, vision, and success criteria of the copilotStakeholder Collaboration: Maintain an ongoing relationship with the Operations Prime to ensure alignment with operational priorities Discuss and prioritize demands in the backlog based on business impact and operational needs Maintain an ongoing relationship with AI Influencers to gather insights and feedback Perform demos of Copilot features to users and stakeholdersOperational Integration & Feedback: Understand how the copilot is used by agents in daily operations Understand and measure the impact of the copilot's features on operational performance Collect feedback about usage patterns and issues reported by agents and users Conduct side-by-side sessions with agents, listening to calls and observing usage patterns to inform development prioritiesEqual Opportunity Employer: At TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
