Experience in Curriculum Development and creating impactful, industry-relevant course content. Strong Research and University Teaching skills to contribute to both academic scholarship and student success. Effective communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students in a diverse learning environment. Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management or a related field is highly preferred.
