Verbarq is an architecture and design–build studio focused on thoughtful, execution-driven environments across residential and hospitality domains. As part of our expansion, we are developing a vertical centered on modular prefabricated steel structures designed for scalable applications such as farmhouses, hospitality units, campsites, and rapid-deployment environments. This vertical requires architectural and engineering leadership that bridges design intent, engineering coordination, vendor engagement, and on-ground execution, ensuring seamless translation from concept to installation.Position verview We are seeking an Architect / Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, including exposure to steel structures or prefabricated construction systems, to take on a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) role for this ertical. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, communication, and execution oversight, acting as the central link between internal teams, consultants, fabricators, and site stakeholders. This role combines spatial planning, technical understanding, and operational coordination and is suited to someone comfortable taking ownership across the lifecycle of modular architectural delivery.Key Respnsibilities SPOC & Coordinatin Leadership • Act as the primary point of contact for projects within the prefab seel vertical. • Coordinate between design teams, structural engineers, vendors, fabricators, nd site teams. • Manage information flow, timelines, and decision tracking acros stakeholders. • Ensure alignment between architectural intent, engineering constraints, and exeution realities. Spatial Planning & Design Development • Develop and refine space planning solutions wit hin modular steel tructural systems. • Translate system grids and st ructural logic intofunctional layouts. • Support architectural concept development aligned with prefabrcation requirements. • Produce drawings, layouts, and presentati ons for internal and x ternal coordination. echnical Documentation • Prepare and rev iew working drawings an coordination packages. • Ensure integration of architectural, structral, and service inputs. • Maintain clarity and accuracy in documentation us ed forfabrication and assmbly. Execution Oversight • M onitor prototype, fabricatin, and installation stages. • Conduct site visits t o review assembly quality an adherence to design intent. • Id entify coordination issues ealy and facilitate res olution. • Track progress a ndprovide updates to leadershi.
