Primary Technology: Project Management, Agile Scrum Mandatory Skills / Technology: Project Management, Agile Scrum Work Location: Kochi- WFO Work Timings:11am - 8pm Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise-level programs and projects Own end-to-end program delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and control Manage program budgets, financials, invoicing, and milestone-based billing Successfully deliver large fixed-bid projects within scope, time, and cost Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage cross-vendor integrations Play a consultative leadership role to optimize people, processes, and tools Ensure delivery of high-quality, mission-critical applications Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive value-based solutions Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks with internal teams and customers Agile & Delivery Leadership Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Blend Agile and traditional project management approaches as needed Provide leadership to Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Delivery Teams Drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and delivery effectiveness Required Experience & Skills 12+ years as a Project/Program Manager in large, complex, high-tech environments Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models Proven track record delivering software, web, and integration projects Experience managing multi-functional and distributed teams Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills Certifications (Preferred) PMP (preferred) PMI-ACP / CSM / equivalent Agile certification (preferred) Nice to Have Experience with Data & Integration projects Exposure to Boomi integration initiatives
