This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and client servicing. You will be responsible for managing brand presence across platforms, driving engagement and growth, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal creative teams.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement. Ideate, curate and publish engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., Manage content calendars, ensuring timely, relevant, and strategic execution. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance and trends and translate insights into actionable improvements. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute impactful campaigns. Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to build customer relationships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, evolving content formats and best practices, ensuring our strategies are innovative and competitive. Lead proactive client communication, manage feedback loops, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and brand visibility.Qualifications Experience:2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and client servicing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, content planning, and campaign optimisation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously A passion for creating innovative, engaging content that resonates with audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
