Location: Coimbatore – Kavundampalayam Company: BrightUI Technologies Work Timing: OPERATIONS TIME (Full-time, Office Based) RoleOverview : We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, coordination, documentation, HR support, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, good in communication, and comfortable working in a structured tech company environment. This role will directly support the Founder and Operations Team. KeyResponsibilities 1️⃣ Office Administration Maintain office records, files, and documentation Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier) Manage meeting schedules, calendar invites, and meeting minutes Coordinate with vendors (internet, electricity, office supplies, etc.) Maintain asset and inventory tracking 2️⃣ HR & Employee Coordination Support Assist in interview scheduling and candidate coordination Maintain employee records and joining documentation Track attendance and basic leave records Support appraisal and performance documentation Coordinate onboarding formalities 3️⃣ Accounts & Billing Support Maintain expense records (basic entries in Excel/Google Sheets) Assist in payroll coordination Prepare basic invoice drafts (using templates) Track vendor payments and follow-ups Coordinate with auditor if required 4️⃣ Project & Operations Coordination Follow up with team members for status updates Update task trackers (ClickUp / Google Sheets) Maintain daily/weekly progress summaries Support management reporting 5️⃣ Founder & Management Support Prepare structured notes for meetings Maintain organized documentation (Google Drive) Draft professional emails Follow up on action items discussed in meetings RequiredSkills Good English communication (written & spoken) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace) Excel or Google Sheets proficiency Basic email drafting skills Organized and disciplined personality Ability to handle confidential information PreferredSkills(Bonus) Experience in IT company administration Familiar with ClickUp or task tracking tools Knowledge of basic accounting terms Experience in HR coordination Qualification Any Degree ( / BBA / B.Sc / BCA preferred) 1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication and discipline can apply) SalaryRange(Coimbatore Market Standard) Fresher:₹8 ,000 – ₹15,000/month 1–3 Years Experience: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month (Performance-based growth available) GrowthPath Administrative Assistant → Operations Coordinator → Office Manager → Operations Head (based on performance) HowtoApply Send resume to: buihrops@ WhatsApp: 9500746789
