We are currently looking for a drivenSenior Full-Stack Engineerto join our team, not just to write code, but to act as a technical leader and force multiplier for our engineering team.Roles and Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software products from the ground up. Take end-to-end ownership of projects, acting as the Product Owner to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business goals. Actively mentor and guide junior developers, helping them improve their logic building, debugging skills, and overall code quality. Establish and enforce coding best practices, clean architecture, and standard operating procedures. Communicate technical roadmaps and project statuses clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications: A strong engineering degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. (Please note: applicants from non-CS disciplines, please do not apply). 3 to 5years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack development. Core Expertise:Strong, hands-on proficiency inFlutter and Firebase(You should be able to design scalable database schemas and fix complex state-management bugs, use state management tools likeGetX / Bloc / Provider ). Secondary Knowledge:A solid understanding of backend ecosystems (Node.js, Google Cloud, etc.). You don’t need to be a master here, but you must know how to integrate your mobile apps with our custom backends and cloud architecture. Proven ability to design scalable database schemas and resolve complex logical or performance issues. Strong communication skills with the patience to teach and lead a young, ambitious team.Location: 100% Work from Office (Nehru Nagar, Coimbatore).
