This role works closely with the Founders and senior leadership to manage investor communications, fundraising processes, strategic engagements, and long-term relationship building. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities Lead and own the overall investor relations and fundraising strategy across all mandates. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, and strategic investors. Act as the primary interface between investors, founders, and internal deal teams throughout the fundraising lifecycle. Drive investor outreach, engagement planning, and follow-ups to support successful transaction closures. Partner closely with Founders to shape investor positioning, narratives, and capital-raising priorities. Oversee preparation and quality of investor materials including pitch decks, data rooms, updates, and reports. Lead, mentor, and manage the Investor Relations team, including goal-setting, performance tracking, and process improvement. Ensure structured tracking of investor interactions through CRM systems and reporting dashboards. Manage investor queries, feedback, and negotiations with ownership, professionalism, and timeliness. Ensure confidentiality, governance, and communication standards across all investor-related activities.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, client servicing, or stakeholder management roles. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and multiple investor interactions efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
