Someone who understands how content travels, why people stop scrolling, and how writing directly impactsAWT, shares, saves, and brand recall . This is not a pure ideation role. It’s anops + strategy heavy position - owning daily content output, ensuring consistency, and driving results at scale. You’ll make sure content issharp, on-brand, and high-performing .Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent Ideation & Writing • Writes platform-native copy across reels, shorts, carousels, captions, scripts, and campaigns. • Thinks in hooks, pacing, and payoff—writes forretention, not just cleverness . • Understands how language, tone, and structure influence watch time and engagement. • Maintains brand voice consistency while adapting to evolving content formats.trategy & Performance Thinking • Obsesses over performance metrics-AWT, shares, saves, retention, engagement . • Uses performance data to refine hooks, formats, and narrative structures. • Works with Analytics and Strategy teams to translate insights into better writing. • Writes with platform behaviour in mind (Instagram and YouTube).Content Operations & Scale • Manages high-volume content output without compromising quality or clarity. • Ensures messaging consistency across daily content, series, and campaigns. • Works closely with production and design to execute content efficiently. • Owns timelines, revisions, and delivery for assigned brands or creators.Brand Thinking & Ownership • Takes end-to-end ownership of content outcomes- not just copy delivery. • Protects brand tone, messaging, and positioning across all content. • Proactively flags gaps, opportunities, and inconsistencies.Your Experience • 4–5 years of experience in digital-first agencies, content studios, or social-led teams. • Proven experience writinghigh-performing social contentat scale. • Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content ecosystems. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments.Must-Have Mindset • Awriter of todaywho understands modern content consumption patterns. • Lives and breathes social content. • Outcome-focused and accountable for performance, not just output. • Diligent about quality, consistency, and follow-through. • Enjoys building systems and processes that help content scale
