It has also expanded to other cities, building a strong educational network dedicated to excellence.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vice Principal position located at Hillwoods Academy in Greater Noida. The Vice Principal will assist in managing overall school operations, including curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and student discipline while fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include working closely with the Principal to implement educational policies, mentor staff, monitor teaching effectiveness, and ensure a safe and inclusive school environment. Administrative tasks such as record keeping, evaluating performance, and liaising with parents will also be part of the role.Qualifications Strong leadership and administrative skills to manage daily school operations and support faculty and staff effectively. In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, academic planning, and student assessment methods. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents. Experience in fostering a positive school culture and enforcing student discipline. Proven ability to mentor and evaluate teaching staff to maintain educational standards. Relevant educational qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Education or a related field, and 10-15 years experience in school administration. Proficiency in using modern educational technology and tools is an asset.
