Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivatedSenior Electrical Engineerwith a strong background in construction and site execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inElectrical Installation WorksacrossCommercial, Residential, and IT Building projects.The role requires site-based project execution, coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Note: Immediate joiner required (0–1 month notice period).Key Responsibilities: Supervise and executeelectrical installation workssuch as: Cable laying (Power & Control) Cable tray installation LT / HT Panel installation and termination Conduit and wiring work (Light, Power, and DB circuits) Lighting fixture installation and testing Review and interpretelectrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Plan daily and weeklysite activities, manpower, and materials. Coordinate with subcontractors for timely work execution. Conductquality inspections, testing, and commissioningof electrical systems. Ensure adherence tosafety and quality standardsat site. Prepare and maintaindaily progress reports, material records, and work checklists. Support Project Manager inbilling documentationand material reconciliation.Candidate Requirements: Experience:3 to 10 Years Education:B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Knowledge of electrical installation standards. Familiarity with cable sizing, load distribution and panel connections. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD drawings, MS Office, and site reporting. Should be able to read and understand electrical drawings.Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities. Leadership qualities for managing given site teams. Problem-solving attitude with accountability for project timelines.
