The AI Native Product Designer is a core member, not a support function. Job Description We are seeking a thoughtful, user-obsessed AI Native Product Designer to shape the experience of our core fintech products. You will own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping, while actively using AI design tools to accelerate your workflow.Responsibilities Drive the UX design process for major product features: research to concepts to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes to usability testing. Use AI design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo AI, or equivalent) to accelerate ideation, generate design variants, and iterate faster. This is an expectation, not a bonus. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user behaviours and pain points in financial products. Translate complex requirements and financial data flows into clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces. Create wireframes, user journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma (mandatory). Contribute to and extend the Billeasy design system with reusable components and consistent patterns. Collaborate closely with the Associate Product Lead, SDE-II, and SDET. Present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback quickly. Use data analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve conversion, engagement, and satisfaction. Mentor the Product Design Intern and champion UX best practices across the team.Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of real web or mobile product work - mandatory. Expert-level Figma proficiency: Auto-layout, Components, Sections, Prototyping, Variables. AI-First (Mandatory): Active user of at least one AI design tool (Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo, or similar). Must articulate how AI accelerates your design workflow. Strong understanding of UX research methods, user flows, and responsive design principles. Ability to work within and extend an existing design system. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fintech or B2B SaaS design experience is a strong plus.Preferred Skills Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Exposure to design tokens and component documentation.Education & Experience Degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent. Portfolio is mandatory.
