Job Title:Workflow Automation and Optimization Executive Location:Kolkata , West Bengal Organisation: Pinkbull Investors Job type: Full-time (On-site) Joining timeline: Within 15 days Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving orientation, and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams, ensuring that all technical activities are addressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Assist users in creating, modifying, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. • Stay updated on Power BI updates, features, and best practices to provide informed support and recommendations. •Automate Ms-Excel filesused for Valuation/ Accounting reports. • Initiate/ Activate AI-based tools (Chat-GPT,Google Gemini, Claude etc) to make current processes efficient. • Code ( PythonPreferable) to simplify daily operations of the internal team. • Maintain and make simple apps usingStreamlitandNetlifyfor internal usage. • Capable ofcreating logical data-processing workflows in Pythonto modify and manipulate data, with strong use of conditionals (if-else), loops, and file handling including reading and writing CSV, Excel, and similar data formats. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Python Basics for Data Analysis and Computation. • Basics of Google App Script and Extensions. • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, MS – Excel (Pivot table, Dashboards Creation, Power Tools). •Ms-Excel automation tools(i.e.VBA Macros etc), Power Pivot to automate manual tasks. • Strong understanding of Business Analytics (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc). • Inquisitiveness with AI-related tools/ agents/automation (Claude, Chat GPT etc) • Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation and analysis. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
