Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, Canva AI) to move faster without cutting corners. Keep brand consistency tight across multiple clients. Ship work on time. Every time. ✅ Required Skills and Experience Have 3+ years designing and editing professionally - with a portfolio that proves it. Know Adobe inside out: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects. Understand that "good enough" isn't good enough. Aren't precious about feedback - you take it, apply it, and get better. Stay curious about trends, tools, and what's working on social right now. Can juggle multiple brands without letting quality slip. ✅ Preferred Qualifications Have agency experience (you know the pace). Geek out over motion graphics, typography, or brand storytelling.
